A Process Interaction Matrix is prepared keeping quality objectives & customer requirements in mind, which contains or gives reference to processes, its control points, characteristics of product, specification limits and acceptance criteria and reference of quality system procedures or work instructions as applicable to ensure satisfactory controls.

Whenever the customer provides no documentary requirement, the customer requirements are confirmed by the marketing before acceptance. Whenever the product requirements are changed, the relevant documents are amended and the concerned persons are communicated about the change.
