Forging is a process of plastically deforming solid metal when heated from a solid state or shape into another shape between two or more dies under high pressure for the purpose of achieving the desired shape and size.
Our forging shop consists of conventional vertical hot forging presses with hot ring rolling. The combination gives us advantage on high volume products as well as larger size low volume demands. The components that are produced in this forging shop are bearing rings, auto components, bushes and hubs. We offer forgings from diameter as low as 60mm to as large as 180mm. with our customized presses , We have an edge over the competition to deliver products to suit all customers’ requirement. In-house tool manufacturing facilities support forging shop in quick tool change and flexibility in reducing lead times.
Annealing Shop features latest technology continuous annealing equipment as well, fully automated bell type annealing furnaces for spherodized annealing of forged parts.
The annealing furnaces are equipped with online atmosphere control for minimum surface decarburization.
The annealing shop is operated and maintained as per CQI-9 guidelines that ensure 100% quality product meeting all quality requirements. The facility is supported with latest technology metallurgical lab consisting of Auto cutting, polishing and mounting equipment.
Machining shop is a state of art facility with CNC turning centres, grinding machines and single spindle SPM’s.
The Ergonomic friendly shop design ensures least material movement and handling of components. The wide range of equipment’s provides us with ability to cater to flexible requirements of demanding customers.
The machining shop is supported by fully equipped standard room including contour tracer and surface roughness testers
